New Horizons is pleased to announce that we were awarded the Cultural Competence quality mark at the Silver level by Diverse Cymru on April 16th 2025.
New Horizons is committed to improving equality and diversity in mental health services. The Diverse Cymru Cultural Competency Certification process has helped embed this work within the charity and promote equality and diversity in our local community.
Since its inception in 2018, New Horizons has undertaken the Diverse Cymru Cultural Competency Certification process. We previously achieved Silver and Silver Plus awards and continue building on this by ensuring organisation and services remain culturally competent help address inequalities
As a small staff team we are very pleased to have received this award for the third time.
