This past weekend, New Horizons was proud to take part in the You Matter mental health event at YMa.
The day, organised by Alex Davies-Jones MP, was filled with inspiring conversations and community spirit. We were delighted to meet so many attendees and share our innovative VR headsets, currently being used in an ongoing study into mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. The positive reactions from participants were fantastic to see.
